We’re your Arizona Event Planners!
As Arizona event planners, we’re always excited to design something truly special for our clients! So, Ramona had just moved back to Arizona to begin the next chapter of her life. And she wanted to have a celebration in her new home. Because Easter seemed to be the perfect occasion to welcome family and close friends to the desert in North Scottsdale.
So a white picket fence draped with a colorful sign that read “Happy Easter” was placed on the front walk. And as guests entered the home, they were greeted by a friendly server with a cool, refreshing beverage.
So just inside the living room, large glass windows provided a stunning view of the beautiful mountains in her backyard. And laced just below the windows, was an oversized charcuterie display. Because guests could nosh on these while enjoying the sights.
So we set up a bar outside under a large patio umbrella near the swimming pool. And this provided guests the feel of a tranquil resort. So our signature cocktails for the day were aptly named Peter Cottontail. And guests had a selection of 5 pastel colored cotton candy flavors to add to their drink. Because it magically changes the color of their soda or champagne. And this matched the color scheme which everyone loved!
And the caterer did an amazing job with the food presentation. Small, perfectly dyed hard-boiled eggs held three different varieties of deviled eggs. And grandma’s traditional fish platter was a family favorite. And the dessert table was eye-catching. So from the donut cake, to the shooters and mini-cupcakes, there was something sweet for everyone.
And the floral décor incorporated pastel-colored spring florals tucked inside containers lined with jellybeans. Because some of the pieces would be in full-sun, we used wheat grass with wire shaped like bunny ears. And a guest favorite was the napkins at each place-setting. Pink napkins folded like bunny ears. Even Peter Cottontail would approve!
